I recommend starting with spraying a soapy water mixture on the air springs and all the air lines and connectors going to the compressor and manifold. I believe this problem stems from you programming your Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - GM - Gas, part # SU2847, with the magnetic shocks on your vehicle. When you removed them your vehicle the tuner limits your speed because it believes that something is wrong with your suspension. You will have to contact Superchips with your Flashpaq model and serial number and they will take it from there. Those particular messages are often times a result of an issue with the brake control power output wire (blue wire). Since I am not sure what brake controller you are using or if it is an OEM controller, you will want to test that wire to make sure it is getting power.

It sounds like there could be a main fuse or relay that may be in the power line prior to those fuses. I recommend checking your owners manual for more insight. I assume based on my research your 4 fuses are mini fuses numbers 14, 15, 16, and 17. Check relay 64 as well. On the Rapid Hitch Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount # AM3461 there is that pin on the ball part of the assembly that has a threaded hole in it. That threaded hole should be visible when the pin is in there correctly.
